What we collect
Your account details (name, email, and profile photo from your sign-in provider), the content you add to your assistants, the conversations your deployed assistants have with visitors, and usage records of the AI actions your workspace performs (used for billing and product analytics).
How we use it
To run Trainly: generating assistant responses, showing you your customers’ conversations, metering credit usage, processing payments, sending service emails (sign-in links, billing notices), and improving the product. We do not sell your data.
Who processes it
Trainly runs on trusted providers that process data on our behalf: OpenAI (generating responses from your content), Vercel (hosting), Neon (database), Cloudflare (file storage), Resend (email), Stripe (payments — Trainly never stores card numbers), and Google (if you sign in with Google). Each receives only what its role requires.
Visitors to deployed assistants
When someone chats with an assistant deployed on a business’s website, Trainly stores that conversation for the business that owns the assistant and assigns a random visitor identifier. Trainly doesn’t require visitors to identify themselves; anything a visitor types is shared with the business they’re talking to.
Retention and your choices
Account and workspace data is kept while your account is active. Billing records are retained as required for accounting. You can delete agents and their content in the app, and you can request account deletion or a copy of your data at pixidonmedia@gmail.com.
Security
Data is encrypted in transit, credentials are never stored in client code, private files are served only through short-lived signed URLs, and billing records are append-only and audited. No system is perfectly secure — report concerns to the email above.
