Trainly

Terms of Service

Last updated: August 3, 2026

1. The service

Trainly lets you build, train, and deploy AI assistants for your business. By creating an account or using Trainly you agree to these terms. If you use Trainly on behalf of a company, you agree on its behalf.

2. Your content

The knowledge, instructions, and other content you provide stay yours. You grant Trainly the rights needed to operate the service — storing your content, processing it with AI providers to generate responses, and delivering your assistant to visitors of the sites you deploy it on. You are responsible for having the rights to the content you upload and for what your deployed assistants are configured to say.

3. AI-generated responses

Assistants generate responses automatically. Trainly works to keep responses grounded in the content you provide, but AI output can be inaccurate or incomplete. Review and train your assistant before relying on it, and do not use Trainly for advice that requires a licensed professional (legal, medical, or financial).

4. Plans and credits

Paid features are billed through subscription plans with monthly credit allowances. Credits measure AI usage, reset each billing period, and don’t roll over. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled; cancelling keeps your plan active until the end of the paid period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

5. Acceptable use

Don’t use Trainly to break the law, infringe others’ rights, distribute malware, send spam, generate deceptive or harmful content, or probe or disrupt the service. We may suspend accounts that do.

6. Disclaimers and liability

Trainly is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Trainly’s total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.

7. Changes and contact

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced in the product or by email. Questions: pixidonmedia@gmail.com.
